If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and vehicle information you include. We use it only to respond, review corrections, consider requested topics, or handle a relevant business inquiry. Do not send vehicle-registration documents, payment information, passwords, or other sensitive personal data.
Information stored on your device
The diagnostic tool may save the year, make, model, powertrain, drivetrain, and mileage you select in local browser storage. This helps the tool remember your vehicle. This information stays in that browser unless a future feature clearly asks you to submit it. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
Car Knowledge does not currently activate advertising or analytics cookies on this public-launch demo. If analytics or Google AdSense is enabled later, this policy will be updated and an appropriate consent system will be used where required. Advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to measure and serve ads.

Retention and choices
